This sweet family photo session on the beach of Texel was definitely one of my favorite sessions from 2020. Jennifer and her family traveled from their home in Switzerland to enjoy a week of vacation near the beach of Texel, the Netherlands. Jennifer is a photographer herself and as a photographer, it’s always rare to have professional photos of yourself. Her daughter Hanna turned just one and they wanted to capture their time in the Netherlands with a lifestyle session. Sometimes it happens that you feel an instant connection with each other and I had this feeling right away with Jennifer and her family. Photography allows me to connect with the most amazing people in ways I never thought possible.

We planned the session on the last day of summer in the end of the day, which was just perfect. They were in the moment, feeling free, running barefoot on a sandy beach, dance, laugh, kiss and run trough the water. The little things, fleeting moments, I just love to capture them. They are just so precious.

There is nothing better than hearing back from happy clients after I delivered their images. This means everything to me and keeps me going. Thank you Jennifer, for letting me capture your little family. I hope we will meet again another day!
